Diego Andrés Botero

Diego Andrés Botero started their work experience as a HR Analyst at emtelco in 2013 and worked there until 2014. In 2016, they worked as a Talent Manager at Komet Sales for a period of six months. From 2018 to 2019, they served as a HR Manager and Consultant at Logros Publicitarios. In 2019, they joined The Adecco Group as a Senior Consultant specializing in IT, and they worked there until 2020. In 2020, they worked as a Talent & Recruiting Manager at Globalwork until November of that year. In 2021, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at PRAGMA from January to August, and later as a Senior Recruiter Business Partner at Blankfactor from October to 2022. From 2022 to 2023, they worked as a Recruitment Team Lead at SoftServe but was impacted by the company's layoffs. In 2023, Diego started working as a Recruitment & Sourcing Trainer at Make IT easy and later as a Senior IT Recruiter at Blankfactor.

Diego Andrés Botero's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad de San Buenaventura, which they obtained from 2004 to 2009. Later, they pursued further education at Universidad EAFIT, where they completed a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from 2014 to 2016. Diego Andrés also obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from the same university, which they completed from 2014 to 2017.
