Dave Cronin

As Head of Technical Alliances / M&A, Dave Cronin leads Binary Defense’s strategic technical partnerships, and M&A growth initiatives. Responsible for orchestrating new / differentiated technology alliances, identifying new integration opportunities that address evolving customer needs, lead go-to-market (GTM) initiatives driving value with these partners, and realizing new areas for high impact business across sales, marketing, product, and service offerings. Engaged with BD’s investment leadership board identifying merger and acquisition (M&A) opportunities, and member of the Binary Defense Executive Leadership Team.

Prior to joining Binary Defense, Dave led the North American Cyber practice for Capgemini having full P&L responsibility leading the go-to-market strategy and execution, delivery, Center of Excellence (CoE), account management, and strategy.

Dave has also transformed cutting edge cyber security technology and products to the marketplace— leading organizations to Initial Public Offerings or acquisitions, including Netegrity (Computer Associates), VeriSign, Teros (Citrix), and Breach Security (Trustwave).

Bringing more than 25 years of technical experience – specializing in cyber security technology, products, and consulting services; Dave has extensive CSO and CISO level expertise in the areas of strategy, management, compliance, cyber security, audit capability, and financial execution.
