Philipp Tagwerker

Philipp Tagwerker is an experienced attorney at law specializing in Capital Markets, Corporate/M&A, and Banking/Finance. Currently with Binder Groesswang Attorneys at Law since January 2019, notable achievements include advising VERBUND AG on a EUR 500,000,000 Green and Sustainability-Linked Bond issuance.
