Rujuta Virkar

Rujuta Virkar has extensive experience in payroll and employee services, having held various roles in prominent companies since 2005. Rujuta started their career as an Associate at Haribhakti & Co before moving on to Price Waterhouse as an Assistant Manager. Rujuta then worked at Independent Payroll Services as a Payroll Team Leader, where they led process improvement initiatives and liaised with consultants for system automation. Rujuta later joined Pacific National as a Payroll Officer, where they proactively identified and resolved allowance processing issues. Subsequently, Rujuta worked at Deloitte Australia as a Payroll Consultant, playing a pivotal role in the migration of payroll systems. Currently, they serve as the Head of Employee Services and Payroll at Bingo Industries. Throughout their career, Rujuta has demonstrated their expertise in payroll operations, process improvements, and system migrations.

Rujuta Virkar is a Chartered Accountant who completed their Chartered Accountant degree from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Rujuta also completed their Metric degree from Somalwar High School-Nagpur. Additionally, they hold certifications in SAP from SAP, obtained in 2019 and 2020.
