Vadim Chizhov

Vadim Chizhov has extensive experience in business development and customer success roles. Vadim is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at AskNicely since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Binkies 3D as a Senior Customer Success Manager and then as a Customer Success Manager from August 2020 to May 2022. In these positions, they focused on helping customers with the implementation and improvement of 3D content solutions on their websites, utilizing skills in web development, analytics, testing, and project management.

Before their roles in customer success, Vadim worked as an Inside Sales Representative at Everpads, Inc. from November 2019 to July 2020. Vadim also worked as a Business Development Manager at Logrus IT from January 2019 to July 2019, overseeing the Chinese market and leading the company's overseas branch. Vadim Chizhov completed their Bachelor's degree in Foreign Area Studies (Asia-Pacific Region, China) from Far Eastern Federal University in 2016. Vadim then pursued a Master's degree in International Trade from Sichuan University between 2016 and 2019. In December 2017, they obtained the HSK 5 certification from Hanban.
