David Chien

David Chien is a skilled designer with extensive experience in CAD and electrical design. Currently serving as Lead Designer at Binkley & Barfield since February 2022, David utilizes Microstation for updating and creating drawings while conducting field walk downs to locate gas lines. Previous positions include Electric Designer at Ocean Flow International, LLC, and CAD Operator at United Engineers, Inc., where David employed Microstation and AutoCAD for various projects. Experience also includes roles as CAD Designer at Carollo Engineers and Civil Structural Drafter at Halliburton, focusing on piping design and editing 2D models. David began a career in technical support and drafting with HTC and Shell Oil Company, showcasing a strong foundation in both practical and design aspects of engineering. Education was completed at Strafford High School.
