Harold "JR" Reddish, P.E., FNSPE, FSAME, currently serves as President of Binkley & Barfield, Inc., focusing on project execution, standardization, and cost reduction across various business units. Reddish previously held the position of President/CEO at S & B Infrastructure, Ltd., leading a multi-discipline engineering firm that catered to municipal, county, state, and federal clients. Earlier, Reddish was Vice President of Operations and Deputy Director of Construction Management at S&B Infrastructure, where responsibilities included project profitability and infrastructure management. Reddish's extensive career in the US Navy spanned over two decades, with roles such as Director of Public Works and Commanding Officer of Underwater Construction Team One, underscoring a robust background in engineering projects across multiple global locations. Reddish holds a Master of Engineering in Ocean Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Citadel.
