Kendall Swartzell

Kendall is a Customer Success Manager at Binti whose passion for child welfare comes from her time as a CASA in Indianapolis, IN. She recognized that the software used by CASAs, GAL,s and Case Workers was outdated, inefficient, and didn’t give children the best possible chance for permanency. As she previously spent three years working in FINTech, she jumped at the opportunity to work for Binti as it combined her previous experience in Customer Success and gave her the ability to impact a space that means a lot to her.
