Arnaud Rager

Arnaud Rager has had a diverse range of work experience. Arnaud most recently held the position of Vice President, Business Planning and Transformation at Bio-Rad Laboratories starting in November 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Sangamo Therapeutics, Inc. as the Vice President of R&D Strategy and Operations from April 2019 to November 2020, and as the Chief of Staff to the President and CEO from February 2019 to April 2020. Before joining Sangamo Therapeutics, Inc., Arnaud worked at Johnson & Johnson as the Chief of Staff to the VP of Strategy and Operations from September 2017 to February 2019. Arnaud also held roles at Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, Inc. as a Manager of R&D Product Development from 2012 to 2014, and at Essilor of America as an R&D Quality Assurance / Quality Control Manager from 2002 to 2011. Additionally, Arnaud has had experience as the Owner and President of Hilton Imaging Solutions from 2009 to 2014, and as a Customer Program Manager at Plasma-Therm from 2011 to 2012.

Arnaud Rager holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Chemistry from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III. Arnaud also has a Master of Science degree in Materials Science from ISITV in Toulon, France. Furthermore, they have completed an Executive MBA program at the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including FPX SME (Flawless Project Execution - Coach) from Johnson & Johnson, Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute, and Prosci Certified Change Practitioners from Prosci.
