Marwan Adada

Marwan Adada has a strong background in software engineering and management. Marwan is currently the Vice President of Software Engineering at Bio-Rad Laboratories since July 2023. Prior to this role, they were the Senior Director of Software Engineering at the same company from July 2021 to July 2023. From April 2018 to June 2021, Marwan served as the Director of Software & Analytics, Digital Biology Group at Bio-Rad Laboratories. Before joining Bio-Rad Laboratories, they held the position of Manager of Software Development, Digital Biology Group from December 2016 to March 2018.

Prior to their time at Bio-Rad Laboratories, Marwan worked at FUJIFILM Medical Systems. Marwan served as the Global Product Manager from June 2016 to January 2017 and as the Manager of Engineering from April 2010 to June 2016. Before that, they held the role of Senior Software Developer from August 2009 to March 2011 and Project Manager from January 2008 to April 2010.

Marwan's earliest work experience is with ProSolv CardioVascular, where they worked as a Software Engineer from 2004 to July 2009.

Marwan Adada holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from Purdue University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the American University of Beirut. In addition to their formal education, Marwan has also received certification in "What Is Generative AI?" from LinkedIn. This certification was obtained in 2023.
