Mitsuru Shiroma

Mitsuru Shiroma has had extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Mitsuru started their career at Chiyoda Corporation in 1990, where they held various roles related to Human Resources until 2001. Mitsuru then joined Microsoft as a Senior Manager in HR, where they stayed until 2006. After that, they worked at Autodesk as the Head of Human Resources for Japan from 2006 to 2013. Currently, they hold the same position at Bio-Rad Laboratories, starting in 2013.

Mitsuru Shiroma obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Ritsumeikan University in 1990. In 2022, Mitsuru Shiroma obtained certifications in Understanding Data Science Essentials and the Foundations of Business Analysis from LinkedIn.
