Mami Ikezawa

Mami Ikezawa currently serves as the Head of Human Resources for Hillebrand Gori, a company of DHL, since November 2023. Prior experience includes HR Manager and Human Resources Generalist roles at Oerlikon from April 2022 to October 2023, and GA Manager at Abiomed from July 2019 to June 2020. Mami has also held various HR positions at Elanco, Human Metabome Technologies, Inc., and Danone, where responsibilities included HRBP, Compensation & Benefits specialist, Factory HR Manager, and Quality engineer among others. Mami holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Rikkyo University, completed between 2013 and 2015, and studied at the Kagawa Education Institute of Nutrition.
