Tressa J. Daniels

Tressa J. Daniels is an experienced professional in Human Factors Engineering and User Experience, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Global Human Factors & Usability Engineering at Teleflex since December 2019. Tressa has held various leadership roles, including Senior Director of Global Human Factors & Clinical Strategy Development and Director of Global Human Factors Engineering. Additionally, Tressa has been an active member of the Human Factors Standards Committee at AAMI since October 2016, contributing as a Lead Faculty in Human Factors Engineering. Previous experience includes significant positions at BD, Illumina, AVACEN Medical, Hewlett-Packard, Intel, DIRECTV, and Edmunds.com, covering a diverse range of responsibilities from managing user experience design to conducting usability evaluations and testing. Tressa holds a Master’s degree in Human Factors/Applied Experimental Psychology from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Utah State University.
