Brad Scibak is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, consulting, and quality assurance. Currently serving as Employee Development Supervisor at the Minnesota Department of Corrections since March 2022, Brad also holds the position of Advanced Quality Technician at Bio-Techne since July 2020, focusing on compliance and the development of standard operating procedures. As an Online Training Educator/Consultant at Brad Scibak Consulting, Brad assists organizations in enhancing online learning environments. Previous roles include Sales/Profitability Consultant at Sysco, Regional Account Director for Kaplan Nursing, and Director of Education and Training for Minnesota Swarm, among others. Brad’s educational background includes an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a bachelor's degree in Education from The University of Winnipeg.
