Sebastiraj Arulanandu is a seasoned software development leader with extensive experience in banking and technology. Currently serving as a Software Development Lead at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020, Sebastiraj previously held the position of Director and Global Head for BPM pre-sales at Virtusa, where responsibilities included leadership in BPM-Pega solutions and customer engagement.
