Bob Kittredge

VP, Customer Success at Biobot Analytics

Bob Kittredge is currently the Director of Customer Success & Support at Biobot Analytics. Prior to this, they were the Associate Director of Customer Success at WordStream from October 2014 to August 2021. While at WordStream, Bob led various teams and ultimately the entire Customer Success organization, overseeing a team of 25. Bob navigated their team through integration with LOCALiQ, the Digital Marketing service of the Gannett/USA TODAY Network. Bob also led upsell initiative to migrate legacy WordStream customers into LOCALiQ solutions.

Before joining WordStream, Bob was a bilingual ski instructor for Vail Resorts from November 2012 to April 2014. Bob is PSIA-certified and provided instruction for both English and Spanish-speaking clients. In October 2012, Bob started as a sports media intern at Bleacher Report and was promoted to Boston Celtics Featured Columnist position by December 2012. From January 2012 to May 2012, they were an editorial intern at South Philly Review. Lastly, from August 2011 to December 2011, Bob was a Spanish interpreter intern at Villanova University.

Bob Kittredge has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Villanova University. Bob is also certified by WordStream, Google Account Managers, and Microsoft in Bing Ads Certified.
