Laura Eickhoff

Laura Eickhoff has extensive experience in learning and development, compensation, and HRIS management. Laura started their career as a Training Specialist at SACU in 1996, eventually moving up to roles such as Director of Learning and Total Compensation at BioBridge Global and Training Director at San Antonio Federal Credit Union. Eickhoff also served as the Director of the International Language Program at NATO Community Affairs Group.

Laura Eickhoff pursued an Ed.M. in Human Resources from Boston University from 1992 to 1995. Subsequently, they worked towards a Ph.D. at the University of the Incarnate Word from 2010 to 2015.
