Lea Dissing

Lea Dissing is an experienced People Lead currently at Biobridge Partners since September 2024. Previously, Lea held the role of People Manager at Tricent from February 2022 to May 2024, where responsibilities included establishing the People function and enhancing employee experience through data-driven processes. At Better Energy from August 2020 to February 2022, Lea redefined the People team and developed its processes. Lea also served as Manager of People at Holo from December 2017 to August 2020, initiating the national and international People functions, and has experience in various roles at Maersk companies, focusing on management and team development. Educational background includes a psychotherapy degree from SEOP, a Master of Science in Business Administration and Psychology from Copenhagen Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in psychology from the same institution. Areas of expertise encompass recruitment, training and education, daily HR operations, payroll, and development.
