Valerie Hayden

Valerie Hayden has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Valerie currently holds the role of Member at Chief since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Talent & Compliance Officer at Biocare Medical starting in February 2022.

From January 2019 to February 2021, Valerie worked as the Group Head of Talent Management at Coats. Valerie also held the position of Global HR Business Partner, Operations, Segments & Functions at Coats from July to December 2018. Earlier in their career at Coats, Valerie served as the Human Resources Director, Asia - Industrial from January 2016 to June 2018.

In 2014 and 2015, Valerie was the Regional Head of Human Resources, APAC (Contract) at Dentsu Aegis Network. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Swiss Re as the Senior HRBP, Asia (SVP/Director), where they had responsibilities including succession planning and Asia HR Strategy implementation.

Valerie's work experience also includes their role as the Managing Director at Catalysty Consultancy Worldwide Pte Ltd from 2007 to 2012. At Novell, they served as the Head of Human Resources Asia Pacific from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, Valerie gained valuable experience as the VP, Human Resources, Asia Pacific at Hilton International from 2006 to 2007. Valerie'sresponsibilities at Hilton included overseeing the integration of Conrad and Hilton hotels and the planning for the addition of new brands.

From 2004 to 2006, Valerie worked at ACE Insurance as the Director of Human Resources, Asia Pacific. Valerie'sresponsibilities there encompassed performance management, recruitment, and employee relations. Valerie also held the position of Regional HR Advisor, VP at ABN AMRO Bank from 1999 to 2005.
