Valerie Hayden has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Valerie currently holds the role of Member at Chief since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Talent & Compliance Officer at Biocare Medical starting in February 2022.

Valerie'sresponsibilities there encompassed performance management, recruitment, and employee relations. Valerie also held the position of Regional HR Advisor, VP at ABN AMRO Bank from 1999 to 2005.
