Jan van de Velde

Jan Van de Velde has a diverse work experience with a strong focus on data science. Jan started their career as a PHD Researcher at Ghent University, where they researched regulatory annotation of plant genomes using functional chromatin signatures and comparative sequence analysis. After completing their PHD, Jan joined Biocartis as a Data Scientist. Jan then progressed to the role of Senior Data Scientist before becoming the Data Science Team Lead. Jan'swork primarily centers around utilizing data science techniques to derive insights and solve complex problems.
