Mariko Matsutani

Mariko Matsutani has extensive experience in laboratory operations, specifically in managing and overseeing the day-to-day activities of CLIA- and CAP-accredited laboratories. Mariko has held various administrative director roles at different companies, including bioTheranostics, Inc., Exagen Diagnostics, Cypress Bioscience, Inc., and Prometheus Laboratories, Inc. In these positions, they were responsible for ensuring the quality management system and training lab personnel. Additionally, Mariko worked as an independent consultant, providing consulting services to CLIA- and CAP-accredited laboratories for auditing, management, and process improvement. Currently, they are working as the Associate Director Molecular Lab at Biocept, Inc.

From 1978 to 1982, Mariko Matsutani attended Northern Arizona University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology.
