Ashok Sadhu is a skilled research professional with experience in food science and technology. Currently serving as a Research Associate at Phyx44 Labs Pvt Ltd since May 2022, Ashok previously worked as a Junior Research Fellow at CSIR−Central Food Technological Research Institute from October 2020 to March 2022. Expertise includes fungal enzyme production, fermentation, upstream and downstream processing, product development of pre-biotics, and conducting toxicity studies using animal models. Ashok holds a Master of Science in Food Science and Technology from Central University of Punjab (2018-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Krishna University, Machhlipattanam (2015-2018).
