Maninder Kapoor Puri

Maninder Kapoor Puri is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various high-profile roles. Currently serving as Head of Human Resources at Biocon since June 2023, Maninder previously held significant positions at Mastek Ltd as Global Chief Human Resources and Diversity Officer from August 2017 to July 2023, and at Firstsource with multiple leadership roles including Executive Vice President People Supply Chain from March 2009 to July 2017. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President at ICICI OneSource and General Manager at Accenture. Maninder is an alumnus of the Wharton Executive Education program, completing the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Program, and holds an English degree from Delhi University.
