Mambu Nsuangani

Mambu Nsuangani has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2016, Mambu worked as a Cold-box Worker for Chevron. In 2018, they became a Student Researcher at the SDSU Kelp Ecology Lab, where they focused on understanding the ecology of seaweeds. Mambu also served as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for the Cell and Molecular Biology Laboratory at San Diego State University, where they assisted students and led a laboratory session.

In 2019, Mambu joined UC San Diego Health as a Student Research Assistant at the Lab of Dr. Sandip Patel. Here, they developed an IRB research protocol for a study analyzing the oral microbiome of tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarette users, and non-smokers. Also in 2019, Mambu volunteered as a Gardening Volunteer at the Tijuana River Valley Community Garden.

In 2021, Mambu worked as a Production Technician for Presidential Garden Group Inc. In 2022, they transitioned to become a Delivery Driver for Uber, followed by a role as a Delivery Driver for Amazon. Currently, Mambu is an Associate Researcher at BioConsortia, Inc., starting in 2023.

Mambu Nsuangani completed their high school education at Stockdale High School from 2012 to 2016, earning a High School Diploma. Following that, they pursued a degree in Microbiology at San Diego State University, attending from 2016 to 2021. No specific field of study was mentioned for their degree program.
