Thomas Williams PhD

Thomas Williams PhD has extensive work experience in the field of Microbiology. From 2006 to 2008, they were a Microbiology tutor at UC Davis. From 2008 to 2014, they were a Graduate Student Researcher in Food Microbiology at UC Davis. During this period, they also held the role of Postdoctoral Researcher, where they conducted Microbial community analysis of an Almond orchard and published their findings. From 2014 to present, they have worked at BioConsortia, Inc., where they have held the roles of Director of Microbiology, Senior Scientist - Microbiology and Collections, and Scientist I.

Thomas Williams obtained their Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of California, Davis in 2007. Thomas then returned to the same university to pursue a PhD in Food Microbiology, which they completed in 2014. During their PhD, they also attended Stamps 2012 @ MBL to study Microbial Ecology and Bioinformatics.
