Melissa P. has a wealth of experience in the Business Intelligence and Analytics field. Melissa began their career as an Executive Assistant/Credentialing Specialist at Bay Area Renal Stone Center in 2002. In 2009, they moved on to Community Health Solutions of America as a Business Analyst, where they built a custom Provider Relations Database with Management Reporting functionality, conducted JAD sessions, provided process maps, UAT, managed requirements matrix, and reported project status to Executive Management. In 2014, Melissa P. joined enCura as a Business Analyst, where they gathered requirements, developed and implemented automated Email marketing campaigns and education materials for CRM. In 2015, they joined NeoGenomics Laboratories as an Operations Excellence Manager and Compliance Program Database & Inspection Specialist. In 2018, Melissa P. worked as a Business Intelligence & Analytics Consultant, where they analyzed business data and processes to drive key business decisions and created reports for all levels of business operations and management. In 2019, they rejoined NeoGenomics Laboratories as a Salesforce and Business Metrics Leader and Business Intelligence Analyst. Finally, in 2021, Melissa P. joined BioDigital as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst and Business Intelligence Analyst, where they worked with Executive Leadership to plan the Business Intelligence road map, gathered and prioritized reporting requirements, and executed successful reporting projects.
