AJ Ruiz

AJ Ruiz is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as VP People at CopilotIQ since April 2023, AJ previously held a succession of leadership positions at Mindstrong from October 2020 to March 2023, including VP People, Head of People, and Senior People Business Partner. AJ's career in organizational development began at Saint Agnes Medical Center, where tenure lasted from February 2011 to December 2020, culminating in the role of Manager of Organizational Development in Human Resources. Educational credentials include an M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from San Jose State University and a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Criminology from California State University, Fresno.
