Angelika Kjelldorff

Angelika Kjelldorff is the Vice President of Human Resources at BioGaia. Angelika has over six years of experience working in the HR field, and has been with BioGaia for just over a year. Prior to their current position, they worked as the HR Director at Pernod Ricard Sweden for over six years. In their role at Pernod Ricard, they were responsible for the strategic and operational management of HR for the company. This included developing HR strategy within the management team, as well as overseeing general HR duties such as recruiting, training & development, and salary revision. Angelika was also responsible for negotiating with trade unions, ensuring adherence to employment laws, and providing continuous information to staff during organizational changes and terminations of business. During their time at Pernod Ricard, they were able to develop efficient routines and processes aligned with Pernod Ricard's goals, as well as improve budget control and follow up procedures.

Angelika Kjelldorff has a bachelors from the Waldorf School in Bromma, Stockholm and a Bsc in Human Resources from Stockholm University.

Angelika Kjelldorff reports to Isabelle Ducellier, Chief Executive Officer and President. Angelika Kjelldorff works with Henrik Nilsson - Vice President Operations, Peter Persson - Chief Executive Officer BioGaia Production, and Gianfranco Grompone - VP, Discovery and Research.
