Sophie Torma

Sophie Torma is a seasoned professional in laboratory and operational management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Discovery Operations at Biohaven since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Laboratory Operations Manager at Biohaven and Laboratory Manager at Artizan Biosciences, Inc. Sophie has also worked as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist II at National Jewish Health, specializing in high complexity clinical assays and team leadership within the Infectious Disease department. Additional background includes a Teaching Assistant position at the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business, where Sophie led a development program for underprivileged high school immigrants, and a Laboratory Assistant role in virology and imaging at the University of Denver's Natural Sciences & Mathematics.
