J. Todd Strong

Todd Strong became the first BioHorizons employee when the company was founded in 1994. He has served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since 2006. His previous positions focused on R&D, manufacturing, and new product introductions. Todd Strong has 28 years of experience in the dental implant industry and continues to be a vital contributor to research and development. He is responsible for many of the key patents that are currently owned by or licensed to BioHorizons and have contributed to many key publications and book chapters related to implant dentistry. Todd Strong currently runs the worldwide operations focusing on manufacturing, information technology, R&D, customer care, and creative services. He received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University and an M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
