Sofie Lorentzen

Sofie Lorentzen is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership development, organizational design, and conflict management. Currently serving as Chief People Officer and Head of People & Organisation at BioInnovation Institute since June 2018, Sofie previously held roles at Novo Nordisk Foundation as Senior P&O Lead and HR Business Partner from January 2019 to January 2023, as well as at Novo Holdings as a Senior Specialist in 2018. Prior to these positions, Sofie contributed to the Technical University of Denmark for over a decade in various HR roles including HR Partner and Senior Consultant in HR Development. Sofie's early career included HR consulting at Magasin du Nord and coordinating at Ung På Linie. Sofie holds a Cand. Mag. degree in psychology and pedagogy with a focus on organizational psychology from Roskilde University.
