Steve Waldron

Steve Waldron, CPA has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Steve is currently serving as the VP Corporate Controller at BioIntelliSense, Inc. Prior to this, Steve worked as the President & Consultant at Waldron Financial Consulting, Inc., where they obtained interim corporate accounting, M&A, and FP&A contracts independently and as a subcontractor. Steve also served as the Global Controller at QSR International, where they successfully rebuilt the accounting department and implemented proper controls.

Steve's previous roles include serving as the Controller at VITAC, a $65M SaaS PE company, where they reorganized the accounting department and facilitated the company's sale. Steve also worked as the Controller, Shared Services at Quiznos and as the Controller in the auto warranty services division of GE. Additionally, Steve has experience as an Accounting Manager at MillerCoors and FP&A Manager at Schlumberger. Steve began their career in Public and Internal Audit, working as an Auditor.

Steve Waldron, CPA holds a Masters degree in Finance from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business. Steve also obtained a Bachelors degree in Accounting from the University of Colorado Denver. In addition to their degrees, Waldron holds an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in the state of Colorado.
