Einat Har

Einat Har has a long and varied work experience. Einat currently holds the role of Chief Financial Officer at INNOVENTRIC, Director at Globaldev Group, and Managing Director at Hartech Systems Ltd. From 2018-2019, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Home365 Property Management, where they successfully concluded a merger and acquisition and raised funds from various sources and investors. From 2019-2021, they were the Head of Finance Department at Solo Gelato. From 2011-2018, they were the Chief Financial Officer at ClipCall, a real-time mobile video marketplace. During this time, they were responsible for finance, legal, tax, HR, relocation, employees' benefits plans, and procurement. From 2011-2013, they were the CFO at NOPROBLEM, a pay-per-call platform. From 2004-2006, they were the External Public Director at Silicom, and from 2006-2004, they were the CFO at Olista. Einat also held the role of CFO at Stage One Venture Capital from 2004-2011.

Einat Har has a diverse education history, beginning with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from Tel Aviv University, which they obtained between 1988 and 1992. Einat then went on to obtain a CPA from Tel Aviv University between 1992 and 1994. In 1996, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Financing from the University of Bradford School of Management. In 2009, they obtained a Certified Mediator from Gome - Israeli Mediation Center. In 2020, they received a Director Certificate for CPAs from the Israeli National Center for Training of Directors. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Business Mediator, Certified and Certified Petroleum Apprentice - Level 1 (CPA) from the Israeli Ministry of Justice.
