Bryan McDowl, MBA, SHRM-CP, PHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in managing HR functions across diverse organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at BioIVT since May 2016, Bryan has contributed to the HR management for a manufacturer of biological and life science products with over 400 global employees. Prior experience includes holding the position of Manager of Human Resources at Freelancers Union from 2012 to 2016, where Bryan successfully developed and implemented HR strategy and managed cross-functional initiatives. Academically, Bryan holds a Master in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from Queens College, City University of New York.
