Jason Lloyd

Jason Lloyd currently serves as Corporate Counsel at BioIVT since May 2023. Previously, Jason held multiple roles at Vacasa from June 2014 to February 2023, including Senior Corporate Counsel and Associate Counsel. Earlier in Jason's career, experience included positions as a Judicial Intern at the Idaho Supreme Court and the Second Judicial District Court of Utah, alongside legal internships at the University of Idaho Low Income Taxpayer Clinic and Utah Legal Services. Jason earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Utah. Before transitioning to a legal career, Jason worked as an Optician at Walmart from September 2004 to June 2011.
