Lorraine Provencio, PhD

Lorraine Provencio, PhD, currently serves as a Business Development Manager at BioIVT since January 2023. Previously, Lorraine held the position of Strategic Account Manager at Synthego Corporation from August 2021 to November 2022 and worked as a Territory Manager at Takara Bio USA, Inc. between June 2018 and August 2021. Lorraine began the career as a Sequencing Sales/Support Specialist at Phalanx Biotech Group from February 2017 to May 2018, followed by a role as a Research Assistant at the University of Southern California from September 2009 to November 2016, where research focused on male reproductive traits under sperm competition. Additionally, Lorraine was a Teaching Assistant for courses in General Biology, Cell Biology, General Physiology, and Genetics during the same period. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from the University of Southern California and a B.S. in Biology from Loyola Marymount University.
