Michal Elul

Research Assistant at Biolojic

Michal Elul has extensive work experience in various scientific roles. They began their career as a Research Assistant at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2016, where they worked at the Environmental Stable Isotopes Laboratory, assisting in the design and execution of experiments in microbiology and geochemistry. They were responsible for tasks such as PCR, qRT-PCR, DNA extraction, gel electrophoresis, GC-MS, and HPLC.

From 2017 to 2019, Michal worked as a Teaching Assistant at the same university. They then joined the Ministry of Health Israel in 2020 as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist. In this role, they managed the SARS-COV-2 wastewater national surveillance project at the central virology laboratory of Sheba Medical Center. Their responsibilities included daily task management, supply coordination, division of labor, as well as organizing and analyzing project data.

Most recently, Michal became a Research Assistant at Biolojic Design, Ltd. in 2022.

Michal Elul completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology/Earth Science, General and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, General from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2013 to 2017. Subsequently, from 2017 to 2020, Michal Elul pursued a Master of Science degree in Natural Sciences at the same institution.
