Fabrizio Spiga

Fabrizio Spiga is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system administration and consultancy. Currently serving as a Senior System Administrator L4 at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. since May 2015, Fabrizio previously worked as an IT Consultant at Axenter di Fabrizio Spiga from August 2008 to December 2014, where responsibilities included customer support and technical pre-sales support. As a Co-Founder and IT Consultant at Extra Informatica S.r.l. from 2002 to 2008, Fabrizio managed technical teams and implemented CRM systems while overseeing the company’s ISO 9001 quality management system. Early career experience included a role as a Junior Technician at Elettronica Professionale from 1995 to 2002, focusing on hardware and software troubleshooting. Fabrizio holds a degree in Information Technology from the Technical Industrial Institute of Sassari, completed between 1985 and 1990.
