Julnar Rizk, MPT, CPCC is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational learning and development. Currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Learning & Development at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc., Julnar Rizk focuses on creating a scalable learning environment that enhances employee career experiences. Previously, Julnar Rizk held various leadership roles at Meta, including Senior Contributor/Director in Leadership Development Design and Team Development, where solutions for increasing leadership effectiveness and performance improvements were designed and implemented. Additional experience includes consulting for Oracle Women's Leadership, facilitating diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives at Jennifer Brown Consulting, and running a coaching business. Julnar Rizk's educational background includes a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from East Carolina University and a Graduate Certificate in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University.
