Rakhie Joseph

Rakhie Joseph currently serves as the Director of Enterprise Learning & Development and GTE APAC Lead at PayPal since July 2019. Previous experience includes roles as AVP - Training Delivery and Senior Manager - Technical at Mphasis from November 2012 to July 2019, and Senior Manager - Training at Oracle Financial Services between October 2010 and November 2012. Rakhie held various positions at Oracle from November 2005 to November 2012, including Location Head Training and Training Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as Faculty for MCA at Alliance Business Academy from March 2004 to October 2005. Rakhie Joseph holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from Bharathiar University.
