Matthew Wyatt has a diverse work experience beginning in 2008 as a Grounds Keeper for the Country Club of Fairfax. From 2011 to 2013, they held the roles of Project Financial Manager for Red Hat, Sales Associate for Spokes Etc., and Bicycle Delivery for Jimmy John's. In 2013, they were an Intern for Flex Technology. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Tesla Motors as a Manufacturing Equipment Engineer and Senior Manufacturing Equipment Engineer. In 2018, they were an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Apple. In 2019, they were a Manufacturing Engineer at Astra. Currently, they are a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Equipment and Process Engineering at Biomason, where they lead 10+ engineers across disciplines, develops process and equipment solutions in R&D and manufacturing, continuously develops team skillset and personal growth for increased effectiveness, pioneers SCADA systems, designs and integrates automated systems for industrial manufacturing equipment, and provides production support for existing manufacturing systems.

Matthew Wyatt obtained their High School Diploma from Fairfax High School in 2010. Matthew then attended the University of Virginia, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Material Science Engineering in 2014. In 2013, Matthew obtained a Certified Solidworks Associate from Dassault Systèmes. In 2018, Matthew began pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology, which they are expected to complete in 2021.
