Morgan Harber

As General Counsel, Morgan oversees all legal operations, advising the company and the Board of Directors on a wide range of matters, including guidance on compliance and health care regulatory matters, federal and state laws and regulations, contracting, litigation, and implementing progressive health care strategy.

Prior to BioMatrix, Morgan served as Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer for a healthcare system in Palm Beach County which provides a continuum of healthcare services including a community hospital, a skilled-nursing facility, federally qualified health centers, 340B pharmacies, dental clinics, and a county-wide trauma program.

Morgan graduated cum laude from the University of Florida and earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law. She is certified in Health Care Compliance (CHC) and is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Florida.
