Edward Rivera

Edward Rivera is an experienced facilities management professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Facilities at BioMed Realty since January 2021. Previously, Edward held the position of Facilities Manager at the University of California, Berkeley, overseeing the Innovative Genomics Institute Building from August 2017 to January 2021. Additionally, Edward has extensive experience as Chief Engineer at Cushman & Wakefield, where roles included overseeing Oyster Point Marina Plaza and Howard/Hawthorne, and at Colliers-International managing Embarcadero Business Park. Edward's earlier career includes engineering roles with the United States Navy. Edward holds a Master of Business Administration in Technology Management, a Bachelor of Science in Technology - Electronics and Instrumentation Technologies, and an Associate in Applied Science in Technical Studies - Electromechanical Technologies from Excelsior University.
