Elizabeth Paden has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Elizabeth is currently working as a Vice President of Development at BioMed Realty since 2023. Prior to this, they held positions at Beacon Capital Partners, starting as an Intern Architect in 2009 and progressing to roles such as Managing Director, Senior Vice President, and Vice President. Elizabeth also worked as a Project Architect and Architect at KPMB Architects from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, they have experience in the nonprofit sector as a Program Coordinator at 0047 and as a recipient of the Prix de Rome in Architecture for Emerging Practitioners at the Canada Council for the Arts. Elizabeth also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at McGill University School of Architecture in 2008.
Elizabeth Paden has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from MIT Sloan School of Management, obtained between 2016 and 2018. Additionally, they hold a Master of Architecture, Professional (M.Arch.) degree from McGill University and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Sc.Arch.) degree, both from McGill University. Elizabeth Paden is also certified as a Licensed Architect by AIA Massachusetts and the Ontario Association of Architects. Elizabeth is further certified as an NCARB Certified professional by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
