Douglas McCloskey

Douglas McCloskey is a Group Leader at BioMed X Institute, where Douglas is leading the development of a Next Generation Virtual Patient Engine (VPE) for Clinical Translation of Drug Candidates. Prior to their current role, Douglas was the Chief Scientist and Co-founder at AliveX Biotech, and also served as a Group Leader at DTU - Technical University of Denmark. Douglas's expertise lies in developing advanced platforms for the identification of biomarkers and drug targets in various medical fields. Douglas holds a Ph.D. in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from UC San Diego.
