Niel Baxter has extensive experience in research and scientific roles. Niel is currently working as a Senior Research Scientist at BiomEdit since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Research Scientist at MBRD Service Company, LLC from January 2022 to April 2022.
From 2018 to 2021, Niel worked at Elanco in various research positions. Before joining Elanco, Niel was associated with the University of Michigan. Niel Baxter completed their education with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Michigan, which they earned between 2011 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology from Indiana University Bloomington, graduating between 2009 and 2011. Baxter also attended the Pontifical College Josephinum in 2007 and 2008, where they pursued studies in Philosophy, although the details regarding a degree are not specified.
