Alaleh Ghasemi

Alaleh Ghasemi, Ph.D., currently serves as a Senior Scientist in R&D Microbiology at bioMérieux since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Scientist at Strateos, where responsibilities involved gene synthesis and recombinant protein development, and as a Research Assistant at T3 Bioscience, focusing on antimicrobial peptides and phytopathogens. Alaleh's tenure at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee encompassed graduate research assisting in developing novel antimicrobials and studying bacterial pathogenicity, alongside teaching and mentoring undergraduate students in laboratory techniques. Earlier academic achievements include a Master's degree from the University of Tehran and a Bachelor's degree from Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman, with research interests encompassing epigenetic alterations in rheumatoid arthritis.
