Eric Bichet

Eric Bichet has extensive work experience in the field of customer service and support within the life sciences industry. Eric started their career at FOSS as a Business Unit Manager and then moved on to ABB, where they held various roles including Regional Development Manager and Sales Manager. After ABB, Eric joined Johnson Controls as the Director of Life Sciences Sales for EMEA. Eric then joined Agilent Technologies as the Service and Support Sales Manager for the EMEA&I region. Following that, Eric worked at Roche Diagnostics as the Head of Global Customer Support. Currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President of Global Customer Service at bioMérieux.

Eric Bichet has obtained a Master's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Pierre and Marie Curie University. Eric has also completed a Master's degree in Biology, General from the same university.
