Erica Ruffin

Erica Ruffin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for North America at bioMérieux. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources North America and Vice President of Human Resources for the Americas Region at the same company. Erica began their career as a Coordinator for Children's Programs at Nova Group and has also held positions as a Sales Associate in Women's Contemporary at Saks Fifth Avenue and as an intern at The Scottish Parliament. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and French from Furman University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
