Starting in 2005, Grégoire worked at Silliker as a Marketing Manager and Industry Market Manager, where they focused on food safety and quality solutions. Grégoire then moved on to Mérieux NutriSciences, where they served as a Key Accounts Manager for the Europe region and later as an EMEA Key Accounts Director. Mérieux NutriSciences is dedicated to improving health through food safety and nutrition.
In 2013, Grégoire joined Intertek as the Global Director of Strategic and Business Development for Intertek Food Services. Grégoire then became the Vice President and Managing Director of the Food Business Unit for the USA and Canada. Intertek is a leading Total Quality Assurance provider, offering Assurance, Testing, Inspection, and Certification solutions worldwide.
In 2019, Grégoire became the Vice President of Sales for Alchemy Systems, an Intertek company. Alchemy Systems provides training, reinforcement, and compliance solutions for manufacturing workforces. Grégoire also served as the Vice President of International Business at Alchemy Systems, where they partnered with companies to build a strong culture of safety and quality.
In 2022, Grégoire joined Intertek as the Vice President of Global Marketing and Strategic Development. Grégoire later joined bioMérieux as the Vice President of Global Marketing and Strategic Accounts.

Grégoire Kebabtchieff earned their Engineer's Degree in Quality Engineering in Bio-Industries from École de Biologie Industrielle, from 2000 to 2005. Grégoire then pursued a Master's Degree in Marketing & Management - Life Sciences Industries from HEC Paris, from 2006 to 2007.
